THE HOLMES JOURNEY

Mr. Holmes began its journey as a bakehouse in San Francisco that
was later acquired by Nejoud Restaurant Management Company and
transformed into an all-day eatery in 2021. What started as a destination for standout pastries evolved into a lifestyle driven concept rooted in quality,
creativity, and approachability.

Today, Mr. Holmes embodies a fusion of exceptional food, captivating
mid-century design, and memorable experiences - serving everything from sandwiches and salads to specialty drinks and pastries, all crafted
on the spot. With each location, we carry forward a bold sense
of identity, blending thoughtful interiors, curated art, and a menu
designed to suit every hour of the day.

THE ART

Eric Stefanski's art is bold and direct, using simple but powerful words and thick, textured paint to create a strong emotional impact. His work mixes humor and honesty, exploring themes like identity and everyday struggles in a way that feels both personal and relatable. At Mr. Holmes, his custom-made art is a key part of who we are, bringing that same fresh, authentic energy to every store and making our spaces feel unique and connected.

The Interior

The interiors are rooted in mid-century design; clean lines, warm wood,
and structured details that feel both timeless and modern. It's a setting that reflects the brand's evolution: playful at its core, but grown into something
more refined and enduring.

THE ALL DAY EATERY

Mr. Holmes began with pastries and has grown into a full all-day dining experience. The menu reflects the brand's evolution; still playful and bold at heart, but elevated with a mid-century sense of balance and simplicity. From a morning coffee and cruffin, to a midday salad, to an evening sandwich,every dish is made to feel fresh, flavorful, and part of the Holmie experience.
